About me...

I graduated from UNCG in 2007 with my masters in community counseling. I worked at a community agency for several years prior to getting my full license (LCMHC) where I learned to diagnose and treat many mental health concerns. After becoming fully licensed I worked in the community, school, and inpatient settings providing therapeutic services and support.
With 15 years experience in multiple settings, I began to specialize in women's issues. Issues ranging from depression, anxiety, and trauma, to difficult transitions like parenting, divorce, and empty-nesting. I continue to see a broad range of mental health concerns, genders, and populations. I meet clients where they are and work towards their goals.
Currently, I live the mom life. I have three children, ages 11, 9, and 7, with my husband of over 15 years. We enjoy hiking, exercising, and watching classic movies with our kiddos.
